Both members will do the runs side by side, with each of the stations being split in whatever way you decide. Whether you're friends, family, or gym buddies, this beginner-friendly HYROX event is the perfect opportunity to strengthen your bond while pushing your fitness boundaries.

HYROX Relay

Assemble your dream team of 4 and take on the HYROX Relay! This exciting format allows each team member to complete any TWO runs and any TWO stations in any order (they do not have to be consecutive), showcasing your team's versatility and strategic planning. Perfect for groups of friends, gym squads, or corporate teams, the HYROX Relay promises an unforgettable experience of camaraderie and friendly competition.

HYROX Ireland Doubles 1km Run

As an official HYROX affiliate, we offer a Full HYROX experience with official timing, ensuring accurate results and a professional racing environment. Our event features a series of runs and transitions, showcasing the dynamic nature of HYROX competitions.

One of the best aspects of this HYROX event is the competitive element that allows participants to challenge themselves in a supportive environment. With anonymity provided by setting off in waves, you can focus on testing your own limits without feeling exposed or pressured.

HYROX SIMULATION Athlone

HYROX Stations

Each station is designed to test different aspects of your fitness, including endurance, strength, power, and coordination. The combination of the 1km run and functional work stations creates a unique and challenging race format that pushes athletes to their limits while providing a sense of accomplishment upon completion.

1000m SkiErg

A 1000-meter ski ergometer workout that primarily targets the upper body, core, and lower body muscles when performed efficiently.

50m Sled Push

Participants push a weighted sled for 50 meters, engaging the lower body muscles, core, and posterior chain.

50m Sled Pull

Athletes pull a weighted sled for 50 meters, targeting the glutes, back, biceps, and core.

80m Burpee Broad Jump

A combination of burpees and broad jumps for 80 meters, providing a full-body workout.

1000m Row

Participants complete a 1000-meter row on a rowing ergometer, marking the halfway point of the race.

200m Farmers Carry

Athletes carry heavy weights (one in each hand) for 200 meters, engaging the upper back, core, and grip strength.

100m Sandbag Lunges

Participants perform lunges while carrying a sandbag (10, 20, or 30 kg) on their shoulders for 100 meters, primarily targeting the legs and glutes.

75/100 Wall Balls

The final work station involves throwing a medicine ball (6, 8, or 10 kg) to a target on a wall for 75 or 100 repetitions, depending on the division.
