Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting your fitness journey, this HYROX event has something for everyone.
Half HYROX
The Half Hyrox is designed for those looking to dip their toes into the world of HYROX. The format follows the same order as the full HYROX race, but with shorter runs and stations – making it the perfect stepping stone for beginners.
600m each (instead of 1km)
Half the usual reps or distance, same weights

Ready to experience the thrill of the race at half the distance? The Half Sim Singles is the perfect entry point or a high-intensity sprint for those looking to test their engine. You'll take on 600m runs and halved station distances, providing a fast-paced challenge that delivers the full sense of accomplishment.

Double the fun, half the distance! The Half Sim Doubles allows you and a partner to take on the course as a team. You’ll tackle the 600m runs side-by-side and split the work at the functional stations however you choose. It’s the ultimate way to experience the energy of race day with a teammate by your side.

Calling all fitness enthusiasts! Take on the challenge of HYROX as an individual competitor and push your limits in this beginner-friendly HYROX event. With a supportive environment and official timing, you'll have the perfect opportunity to showcase your skills and determination.

Grab a partner and join forces in the HYROX Doubles category! This format allows you to tackle the course together, supporting and motivating each other throughout the race. Both members will do the runs side by side, with each of the stations being split in whatever way you decide.
Each station is designed to test different aspects of your fitness, including endurance, strength, power, and coordination. The combination of the 1km run and functional work stations creates a unique and challenging race format that pushes athletes to their limits while providing a sense of accomplishment upon completion.

A 1000-meter ski ergometer workout that primarily targets the upper body, core, and lower body muscles when performed efficiently.

Participants push a weighted sled for 50 meters (100kg for females and 150kg for males), engaging the lower body muscles, core, and posterior chain.

Athletes pull a weighted sled for 50 meters, targeting the glutes, back, biceps, and core. The weight is 80kg for females and 100kg for males.

A combination of burpees and broad jumps for 80 meters, providing a full-body workout.

Participants complete a 1000-meter row on a rowing ergometer, marking the halfway point of the race.

Athletes carry heavy weights for 200 meters, engaging the upper back, core, and grip strength. This involves 2x16kg kettlebells for females and 2x24kg kettlebells for males.

Participants perform lunges while carrying a sandbag on their shoulders for 100 meters, primarily targeting the legs and glutes. The weight is 10kg for females and 20kg for males.

The final work station involves throwing a wall ball to a target for 100 repetitions. Athletes use a 4kg ball to a 9-foot target (females) or a 6kg ball to a 10-foot target (males).
